dialAround brings back the ambience of old rotary phones on to your iphone.
Forget about punching in numbers!
Experience the feeling of doing a phone call by turning a real dialplate.
Two antique Bakelite telephones were used as models for the white and the black skins as well as the sounds. Experience using a dialplate with this perfect imitation, the only compromise to modern times being the possibility to erase the number dialled by sweeping over the number display. After dialling the number, either touch the middle of the dialplate or simply put the phone to your ear. A short vibration signals the outgoing call.
Instruction
- Remember the number
- turn the dialplate for each digit
- erase wrong digit: sweep from right to left
- erase wrong number: sweep from left to right
- commence call: touch middle of dialplate or put phone to ear

Animation of dial can be aborted at any time...
