DailyReader is a Google Reader client.
It is designed for simple to use and comfortable offline reading.
All you need is a Google account(free) and you can start sync your current feeds/folders/tagged items, Carry them anywhere and read them anytime, even when you have no internet connection available around.
One key feature that might be worth a mention: you can have each feed it's own sync strategy.
For example you can have all the news kind feeds sync for 1 day only,they usually got many posts a day. and sync as many articles as you want for feeds you are really interested but they don't have a new post for a while.

NOTE: In order to show your feed's real icon, please login to Google Reader and check "Show favicons for subscriptions." on settings page. DailyReader will fetch them when sync again.
