Mit PBX Control können Sie von zu Hause und unterwegs Informationen Ihrer Telefonanlage COMpact 3000, COMpact 5010 VoIP oder COMpact 5020 VoIP abrufen und wichtige Funktionen einfach und schnell nutzen.
** Anforderungen **
– ab iOS 3.2
– Auerswald COMpact 3000 analog/ISDN/VoIP, COMpact 5010 VoIP oder COMpact 5020 VoIP
– Netzwerkverbindung über WIFI oder mobile Datendienste zur Telefonanlage
** Wichtiger Hinweis **
Erfolgt der Zugriff mit PBX Control auf Ihre Telefonanlage über das Internet, muss im Router Ihres Internetanschlusses ggf. ein dynamischer DNS-Dienst (z. B. DynDNS) eingerichtet und eine Portfreigabe (Portforwarding) auf die Telefonanlage eingerichtet werden.

Anruferliste und Anlagentelefonbuch:
– Anzeige der Anruferliste für den eingerichteten Teilnehmer
– Zugriff auf das Anlagentelefonbuch
– Direkter Rückruf über das iPhone
Voicemail- und Faxboxen:
– Anzeige aufgezeichneter Voicemails und empfangener Faxsendungen für den eingerichteten Teilnehmer
– Direktes Abhören der Voicemailbox und Anzeige gespeicherter Faxe
Schalten:
– Ein- und Ausschalten von Anrufweiterschaltungen (sofort, bei besetzt und bei Nichtmelden) Ihres Telefonanschlusses
– Schnelles Umschalten zwischen den Anlagenkonfigurationen (z. B. von Tag auf Nacht)
– Einstellen von Weckzeiten zur Signalisierung am Teilnehmerapparat/Nebenstellentelefon
Status-Informationen:
– Abfrage von Speicher- und Anlageninformationen (freier Speicherplatz auf der SD-Karte bzw. USB-Stick, Seriennummer, etc.)
– Status der externen Telefonanschlüsse (ISDN, analog und VoIP)
